Beth Parsons did a fantastic job helping us plan our first family trip to Disney World! We were overwhelmed with all the options and reservation deadlines and guidelines during COVID, but Beth broke it down for us and took the headache out of the planning. She found accommodations for us. She was even able to book us a breakfast with the Disney characters, by checking the availability over and over until she got us a reservation! She followed up on confirmations and checked that everything was ready for us. It was a treat, as a busy working couple, to let Beth help our family! They would just keep hugging when it was time to leave. LOL. My 2 year old showed some tantrums I've never seen today but it was a hot week and she would not nap until her body demanded it.
